Return and Exchange Policy
Tummy Talk Returns
You are welcome to return your order 7 business days from the date FED-EX or TTPOST delivers your order. However, there would be a $10.00 USD chargeback fee for all purchases before any refund is given to you plus 20% stocking fee. Tummy Talk is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 7 business day return policy.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#).
The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return form included with your invoice. If this number is not on the return packaging, the package will be refused and sent back. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
You may ship the package back to us via any method you wish. We do recommend you insure your package as it is not our responsibility if the item being returned does not make it back to us. For more information, you can email:

Exchange
Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or colour please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive credit for the exchange item once we receive it. The merchandise must be UNUSED with the TAGS ATTACHED AND it must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. Please note, if you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the new item shipped to you.For more information, you can email:

For international customers, please send your package via an insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We cannot be responsible for any loss, misdirection or damage to items that are on the way back for an exchange.
NOTE:Tummy Talk reserves the right to deny refund/exchange if merchandise does not meet our refund/exchange policy.
Because we are a specialized online boutique, items that are deeply discounted and are at FINAL SALE, there would be No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please Note: Undergarments, skin care, bathing suits and Evening Wear are FINAL SALE. Sorry, no exceptions.
Transfer of Risk and Title
When you order an item at tummytalktt.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. We will do all that we can to help in the event of a loss but ultimately it’s between you and FEDEX/TTPOST to resolve.
